The worst housekeeping app, it screams cheap, it screams corruption
This app is so unreliable—it takes forever to do anything. When it was promoted to the company, they claimed that the built-in AI could handle allocation, solve problems, and guarantee security. But wait until you try it—it’s terrible.
Optii’s web version is just a Centerlink link to the website, and you have to click “Yes” to accept cookies. As for the Optii Housekeeping app, it’s a complete mess—cheap, ineffective, and not useful at all. Imagine having to open three or four apps just to check requests. I don't understand why they didn’t consolidate everything into one app. Plus, it crashes all the time after purchase.
I'm also really concerned about security. Trust me, the housekeeping ID will be created by your manager, who will have access to the main app. That means they can track your phone, name, location—it even shows what type of phone you're using. You have to keep GPS location on all the time, which is a huge security risk.

But there is an small area where when iPhone XR users change appearance setting from display and brightness to light mode only then they can read fonts and all details.
In dark more as text you kept white it not visible.
Please try yourself and check as still this application has small bug.
