Phil is just the best in the biz at getting people moving. Love that the app is more about doing what you can to feel good and look good than doing some crazy program that’s designed for bodybuilders only or Olympic athletes.
Love the library of workouts and different sessions. I wouldn’t call this a training app as much as it is a daily lifestyle improvement app. The subscription is a must have if you really want to see changes in your life—strongly recommend
