Video sound does not work

Poor quality App. From 2018. In serious need of quality IT.
(App is supposedly compatible w/i-Pad w/fully up-to-date software.)

Crashes on Outcome Measures

The app won’t display outcome measures. There’s a notification badge, but it won’t display them.
