Locating
Sometimes it gives me a completely different location than where my asset actually is. It will not update until hours later, and show its actual location.

I recently purchased this GPS and paid for everything required: activation, updates, and the subscription. I installed the app, connected the device correctly, and followed all the instructions, but the GPS never appears in the application. The only location shown is my phone’s location, not the GPS device.
I contacted customer service several times, but instead of resolving the issue, they only sent generic troubleshooting instructions about checking connections and settings that I had already verified. So far, they have not been able to identify or fix the problem.
After spending a lot of time sending messages and trying to get support without any real solution, I can only say that this product is currently useless and works more like a paperweight. I am also trying to cancel my subscription because there is no reason to continue paying for a service that does not work.
I lost my money, my time, and my trust in this company. Unfortunately, I have decided to consider this purchase a loss and look for a more reliable provider. The lack of effective customer support and their inability to resolve a basic issue have seriously damaged my confidence in this company.

Very difficult to read
Optimus was wonderful until the company switched to Optimus Pro. There is a software problem which makes the font extremely small in all of the settings. I cannot change it on my iPhone. It is a problem Optimus is aware of and they are supposedly fixing it, but it’s been months and there is no improvement. It’s also annoying that each time I want to review any information I have to first click on the tracker number. I have only one tracker. Optimus Pro seems to be set up for those with more than one tracker. Optimus Pro is not an improvement over Optimus.

Excellent app and service!
The Optimus Pro app has been fantastic for tracking my business vehicles. It’s fast, reliable, and provides accurate real-time location updates. The app is easy to use, loads quickly, and makes managing multiple vehicles simple. Highly recommend!
Incompetent people run this company
Everything was ok more or less then one day I opened the app it signed me out I attempted to sign back in to no avail when I went to send the email to reset my password it wouldn’t send it to my email so no I have a fancy paperweight because it’s completely useless now
It works, kinda
Missing features that the other version had before. Like being able to see the history of events front previous days. Latest year I can click on for history is December 31 1969…
Pretty Good App!
Not sure what These Ppl Are Gripin about, new app has alot of new features, Better UI, you have to connect the gps an Wait a Bit for it to sync with App. Mine took About 15-20 mins.
Also Make sure you have Power, Thought mine didnt work either, Then Realized my Motorcycle battery was Dead from sittin all Winter. Charged batter, BOOM came on..

Hot garbage - do not buy these trackers until they fix this.
Holy cow this app is hot stinking trash. Apparently the non-pro app was good, but they are forcing everyone to use the pro app and website now, and will eventually migrate everyone support told me.
Do not buy these GPS trackers until this is confirmed to be significantly improved.
I am probably switching to another provider. The core GPS tracking functionality works, but zero other features work, at all.
Almost nothing works. Nothing is easy to find. Everything is broken. The error messages are unhelpful, if you even get an error message.
I could have vibe-coded a better app than this in a weekend, and I don't write code.

I have been an Optimus customer for years. I got forced onto this app rather than the old one. This app is absolutely awful. They need to get rid of this app and go back to the old one. This app makes me rethink my loyalty to Optimus. I will be exploring other platforms
Great app easy to use
I have multiple trackers and I love the platform. The app is super easy to use and updates very fast. I use it for my business and peace of mind.
Hope it will get better
The regular Optimus tracking worked so much better than the pro. As soon as I added cameras, had to switch to Optimus Tracking Pro app. I hope the team will get into it and make it work like the regular one does or I might have to throw away 5 cameras and 5 trackers.
New Program
This new program is much harder to use than the old program. They evidently were purchased by another company. It’s time consuming where before, you would login, see the car parked or in route. Big Disappointment!!
