Awful
This new app for Tracki is awful. I use the old one because this is impossible to use and see where your Tracki is. I refuse to use this. If it gets to a point where this is the only app option I will change and use a different device.
Much worse than the old one
This new app lacks the features of the old. And the app only shows on half the screen. Very poor. Hope they don’t disable the old one.
This sucks
I do not like this new app. It does not give me real time tracking and it notifies after hours later. It also does not live track. The old app o used to be able to track while on the move and now it does not do it and the geo fence used to be on the map the same time as the device in the old one. I miss the old app and want it back. I might end my subscription and find a new tracking device from a different company.

Bad signal
I had this device seens 3 years never had problems. I bought a new one about 2 months and the signal is having trouble. I cannot update the location how I want. It lost connection every time now.
Best overall tracker
I love the Tracki family of GPS trackers. Very helpful and easy to use.
