About

OPT(ML) keeps your training and your food in one place, so you are not guessing either one. A plan, or a plan that builds itself Tell it how many days a week you train and how long you want a session to be, and the generator writes the week around your goal, your experience, and the equipment you can actually reach. Swap any lift you do not like before you commit, then adopt it as your plan or keep the one you already have. Six splits are built in, from upper/lower and full body through push pull legs and Arnold, and you can build your own out of more than ninety exercises. Logging a session without fighting your phone Your next day sits queued on the Workout tab and starts with one tap. Set rows arrive prefilled with the weight you used last time, and last session's numbers sit directly above today's, so you always know what you are chasing. The rest timer runs on your Lock Screen while you put the phone down. Volume adds up as you go, and you can swipe a lift away on a day it is not happening. Frictionless Food Tracking Scan a barcode and the product resolves against an open food database, search close to four hundred foods that ship with the app, or just type it in. Everything lands on a timeline grouped by meal. Calories, protein, carbs and fat read against targets worked out from your body and how much you actually move, and a finished workout feeds back into the day's budget rather than being counted twice. Fit My Macros ranks foods by how well they close the protein you have left inside the calories you have left. Weight, without the daily noise Log a weigh-in and your real line is charted against a goal-pace line that moves a little every day, so one heavy Monday does not read as failure. Pick how quickly you want to cut or bulk, and the calorie target follows it. Somewhere to look back from Every session is kept. Open a day to see the sets you logged, and open a lift to see how it has moved across the sessions you trained it in. A streak counts the days you turned up, and XP and levels come out of the work you actually did rather than out of opening the app. There are no ads, and nothing is sold inside the app. Your training data lives on your phone and in your own account, and you can delete that account, and everything in it, from inside the app. This is the first version, and I would rather it do a handful of things properly than a long list of things badly. If something is broken or missing, I would genuinely like to hear about it: support@trainoptml.com
