HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

As an ER Nurse of 20+ years and going to school to be a Nurse Practioner. I am beyond impressed!! I ran out of a medication and needed a refill. My regular MD charges me $100 for a 3 minute Telehealth appointment that’s just a medication refill.. BEDSIDE Medicine has declined and is horrible these days. Even in person everything is rushed as a nurse I feel bad for people whom are not in the medical field as they deserve the highest level of care.
I was very skeptical & thought perhaps it was a scam. The complete opposite! I was able to put my refill in, chose a pharmacy and got my refill and are beyond pleased! I will definitely use Optum again if needed. I HIGHLY recommend this as it’s $29 for up to 3 refills and NOONE should have to pay $100 a month for a medication refill that you have been on for over 10 years! Thank you Optum!!

App Not Working

Even with the update, nothing works. It will open then says “something went wrong”. If this is an update fix, it didn’t fix anything.

Not working!

I have tried everything and it never opens. It keeps on saying: “Something went wrong. We received an unexpected response from the server. Please try again.” Uninstalled, installed again, repeat, and nothing at all. Useless app. Thank you!

Love Optum

I definitely save the most with this Rx app. I check all of them and this one is by far the best for pricing.

Yes!

Great discounts on prescriptions!

Best prices!

I have checked many prescription discount programs/cards and Optum offers the lowest prices by far! I spent quite a bit of time comparing prices for my medications on just about every prescription discount website I could find and when I saw Optum’s prices were significantly lower for all 3 of my prescriptions… I downloaded the app and have been using it since! Definitely recommend!

A must-have despite some flaws

Despite some flaws, OptumPerks often finds — and the pharmacy accepts — by far the lowest price. And I check LOTS of drug discount apps and cards. This alone earns it five stars despite some flaws.

Another Plus: There is a symbol on saved coupons that alerts you if the price has gone up since you saved it. Also, the app is easy to use, and doesn’t try to lure you into for-a-fee additional-benefits programs.

Cons: I’ve had a couple instances where the pharmacy wouldn’t accept the stated price. Also, for some of the stores, often with the best prices, they give you a corporate name instead of the pharmacy’s public name, and don’t point out if the pharmacy has a restricted clientele. (A little Googling, and sometimes a phone call, solve those issues pretty quickly, and again it’s worth it because these places often have really good prices.)
Another downside is that they don’t seem to include any Kroger or Kroger owned pharmacy. On a related note, sometimes the lowest costs are at Albertsons-owned stores, which will likely be merged into Kroger given that the Trump administration isn’t likely to continue the Biden FTC’s opposition to the merger as bad for consumers .)

Misleading

It states accepted at Costco and it’s not and even when you call and ask they say yes it is. You need to remove the pharmacies that do not take it. It’s wrong to have that and waste so many people’s time. When I first started using it last year it worked a few times at Costco and it was so simple and so reasonable and here is what is interesting, after a few times of using it, it suddenly was being rejected at Costco and that wastes their time and mine just so you can have the Costco name here? it absolutely doesn’t work as I have tried it today one last time and even after calling you to report this months ago you still fraudulently have their name here as one of the pharmacies it works at. It doesn’t, I spoke to the national pharmacy manager and all locations are the same so it doesn’t differ by location.

Great App! Yet prices have changed a bit

I love Optum Perks. Especially since I have Marketplace Insurance. However, the prices have went up when they used to match the apps price list exactly.. I hope this gets fixed, or May because I haven’t updated my cell yet. (Maxed out on data$.

Cheaper than Good RX

I used to used GoodRx to save money on prescription until I discover this one app save even more than GoodRx when I compare prices which the two apps

Worthless

No pharmacies accept these coupons.

Optum Perks

Great and wonderful money saving prices. Unbelievable !!!

Discounts

I save $20.00 on my prescriptions, moving it over from Walgreens to Publix

Amazing Savings

I’ve used GoodRx, GoodRx Gold and SingleCareRx. Optum Perks has had the better prices on most of . And it’s a significant difference.

Just like the rest

Unfortunately high priced drugs are still not affordable. I looked up 4 of our pricey drugs and coupons came in at $500 to $1500, not affordable and not helpful!!

Lack information

Could give more accurate address and store locations and prices not a range of prices

Prices

Prices are ridiculous low. Thank you

Worst customer service ever

Terrible customer support. Called to ask a question and the guy was rude. Never answered my question and I had to use Good RX, which cost me $15 more. Optum was my go to discount card, but I’ll never use Optum again.

Quick & Easy

Extremely easy to use. Thanks
