way to hard to cancel sub
great idea for the software but to hard to cancel the software. If they had more ethical business practices i would consider re subbing. You can end up in a sub trap easily.

Lost my entire video - save don’t works
I have been using this software for about 4 months. Until now, I had only used it for basic tasks like extracting podcast clips, which worked fine. However, a few days ago, I decided to use it to edit a full video.
Due to a saving issue/glitch, I lost my entire project—representing several hours of hard work. I now have to start the whole editing process from scratch.
What is particularly disappointing is that I spent several days in contact with customer support, and they were completely unable to retrieve the correct version from their project history. I had experienced a similar issue in the past with a competing tool, and their team was able to restore my work without problem.
As a content creator, this cost me a tremendous amount of valuable time. This software is simply not reliable for actual video editing. From now on, I will strictly limit its use to extracting podcast clips and will look elsewhere for editing

The captions weren’t perfect. I think my audio needed to be a little better for it to be spot on.
The content pulled was a 6/10, which is just ok, but that also helps me realize my content needs to improve. It’s interesting how even though I thought the app did a mediocre job, it was my content that caused that. 😂 Thanks for making me better! 🤷♀️🙌🏼
