Opens on approval
Not sure why this is such a bad app. The DUO authenticator allows approval of popup notifications without triggering the app as the current app. It’s annoying that this app requires you go to the app after you approve the notification.
Ok Authenticator app
It works mostly but has aggravating issues. Even using it with Oracle’s own cloud infrastructure, it proves to be problematic. It will not consistently push notify you of an MFA. You have to access the app and then it will pop up or you have to refresh your list of MFA configurations. It also crashes periodically to the point where you must reboot your phone 2 or three times. I thought the issue was my old phone until I upgraded my device and it continued.

Closing automatically
The application is closing as soon as it open, that fails the authentication, this issues came up today. Not able to login.
Poor App
The app has a frustrating issue where, despite having a strong and stable network connection, approving authentication requests often gets stuck on the loading screen. This makes the authentication process unreliable and time-consuming.
It works
It does the job. Please add support for approving from push notifications on Apple Watch.

Hi you need to improve the login banner for related account example:- if some one lose there auth app what happens there are not able to login you need to provide account login then it will popup all auth linked accounts for that mail then it makes easy

Oracle Please
Tour ecosystem is very poor. Everywhere you telling about MFA but no place telling how to set up. For last 2 hours i am just configuring oracle community. I ended up here because you charged for free acount no no proper support. It really frustrating
Not backed up
Sadly this app doesn’t backup to iCloud so if you ever replace your phone you get locked out of your Oracle account. Since you can’t sign in, you can’t create an SR to get help resetting your account.
New phone can’t log in
New phone and can’t log in to do my job. Support is little help.
Dark mode not available
It’s a very basic feature every app is providing I don’t know why oracle is so late on the latest trends

adding an Oracle exchange email account to iOS Mail app, this authenticator needs to be in the list of authenticators to use to authenticate, it’s not.
