As bad as everyone says.
Buggy, glitchy, requires frequent removal, reinstallation, and resyncing. Paper reports might be an improvement. Or stone tablets.

App is full of bugs, slow workarounds by lazy developers, and a poor UI that has you running in circles through their many menus. Pray your place of employment doesn’t use this company/app.

Crashes constantly. Requires a very strong cell signal to synch or accept tasks. Difficult to navigate. If you can think of a bad scenario don’t worry it does them all.

The slider feature on the travel and labor time fields is far from user friendly. More of my calls have time issues then any time before.

Very slow to sync. Keeps doing this wheel thing for 30mins and still doesn’t do what I need for it to do.
It keeps kicking me out the program and I can’t complete my calls because this app keeps malfunctioning.

iOS 14 broke the app
iPhone 6s. App no longer works after upgrade to ios14. I have to use this app for work and had to move it to my personal Android phone to get it to work for now. Works on Android 10 but not ios14...
Makes me want to quit my job
I hate this app. As a long time tech I have used many horrible apps for my job. This one is easily the worst. In 2020 this runs like crap on very modern hardware iOS and Android using iPhone 11 and a note10. The best thing about this app is every week it seems to introduce crippling new bugs and you get to figure out which calls it lost which ones it never really closed and then the fun fun random call from a year ago just repopulates. Sometimes the app gives me nonproductive unscheduled work days where I cannot do my job because the app is down typically a server side problem. If you are a service company looking to switch just look at any of the reviews here or on the Google play store.

Constantly syncing. All the time. It will literally sync for 5 mins, work for 30 seconds and start syncing again. And the main point of the app is to close out calls. You can’t close them out while its syncing. It’s always syncing.

After over 20 weeks of tweaking the program, it is still the bane of my working day.
Constantly trying to sync and getting the little wait circles. Program unusable while in the wait circles.
This means you have to wait for it to finally sync or stop the program and start over.
Then if your lucky it will actually finish sync on restart. Then you may even have to restart the program in the middle of clearing your call. Sometimes even 2 or 3 times to complete filling out you call information.
It’s SUPPOSE to work with no cell signal. Good luck.
Any cell signal less than 3 bars means you have lots of waiting not knowing if the last inputs you made actually “took”.
Then there is the instances where it seemed to work but a day or two later you finished tasks will show back up as accepted or working with all the info you had put in all missing.
I recommend if you see this program in your future ........RUN!!!!!!!

Horrible APP
Wow.... This APP is horrendous... it is SLOW, causes errors when you try to SYNC, info provided is limited and is definitely not user friendly. I do not understand how this company is still in business. I know of several industries that use ORACLE and I have yet to hear anything positive from any of them. If you can, AVOID this APP, do so at all cost.

WORST SYSTEM EVER!!
I work for a major tech company, and we “upgraded” from a system that worked 99% of the time(and gave us the info we needed) to a system that hasn’t worked right yet, and doesn’t give us much info. And is MUCH more difficult to navigate through. This is like going WAY back in time
