Build 24 has few bug fixes on top of build 23 and framework upgrade. Compatible latest server side patch is 33643549:R12.CSM.C (MFS V 26.96), this is mandatory patch for Build 24 to run. Please refer metalink Note 1635263.1 for Autosync, metalik note 1924062.1 for customization of report and metalink note 1564644.1 for other details.
