Worst App ever

This application and website are the most garbage ever. I can’t believe they implemented this in the federal government. Always trying the cheapest. Can’t even login into my phone.

Does Not Work

Unfortunately this app does not work. I read many other reviews about an issue preventing the use of the app. I have the same results. I’ve been in contact with Oracle. They cannot resolve the issue thus far.
