Literally useless now
This app always has issues and rarely ever works. I take pictures of the templates the day or night before l coach at the coaches station and videos of the VVA but can’t get anything out of this app anymore sadly.

It just spins and spins and even if I delete the app and redownload I cannot do anything.

Nothing works app is a waste of space quite literally does nothing.

App is terrible and needs to be fixed. Crashed during my exam and only shows a white screen now. I’d love to further my education but this app makes it impossible.

Can’t even access the app
Every time I try and open the app it just gives me a white screen. Someone please fix this. I haven’t been able to check for templates in months.
Cumbersome
This app has a super fun habit of simply ceasing to work in any way every 7-10 days. You’ll go to open, and be presented with a blank page and no way to refresh, log in or out, or navigate in anyway. The only fix is to delete the app altogether and redownload. I’ll use it daily for a week and then, with no rhyme or reason, it just gives up on life, rolls over and dies.

Not a great app
It would be really great if I could actually access the templates but instead I open the app to find a solid white screen, even though I have the most recent update…which supposedly fixed the white screen issue. I can’t even log out because the entire screen is white.
How is this not fixed?
Try to login—> suggests the app (I have it downloaded) —> click on the app—->brings me right back to the “download app” screen. Okay so I continue on browser instead and it instantly crashes with the loading wheel of doom. This has apparently been an issue for a long time and hasn’t been fixed so is Orangetheory even trying to solve this?

Constantly Need to Redownload
I wish I didn’t need this app. Since the update, I need to constantly delete and reinstall it to get rid of the blank screen. It’ll work for about 1-2 days, then won’t load any content again. I’m tired of this.
The app keeps kicking me out

Can never login
This app is terrible, ever since the SSO update I can never login I keep getting error messages. Haven’t been able to access the new fitbooks, I have been trying for over a week on a daily basis to login.

As the the most recent review stated, can’t log in, keep getting an error message. It keeps prompting me to download the app when I am clearly on the app already. Has been unusable for weeks now. Please fix….
SSO disaster
Since the SSO update, logging on to OU has become literally (and I do mean literally) impossible. I’ve been able to log into the app only twice since the update. Every other time it takes me to a page to download the app and/or an error page. How is this effective for coaches? If you don’t want us to prep for our classes, then you’ve succeeded. Well done at creating a terrible user experience.

What are you guys doing?
As a coach, constantly being signed out is extremely frustrating. Now with SSO, I am having issues. I select that option and it takes me to a page to download orangeu when I tap the SSO button from WITHIN the app.
And now it won’t let me sign in with SSO.
Fix this! It’s a necessity for us coaches!

Single sign on issue
Please provide an update for us to continue to log into the app without single sign on. I’m now locked out of OU completely and cannot review templates or the exercise library.
Nice when it works
Some of the videos for lessons are not scaled for mobile or simply not working properly, making completion difficult or impossible. Wry handy when things function as intended
