Log in issues every time
Never recognizes log in after 1 time. Always have to call to reset

Aqua Finance says they don’t have an app to set up your loan account. You can only log in and pay your loan via the website.

I was told by the aqua finance team that they do NOT have an app, so not sure who this is but don’t enter your sensitive banking information in this app.
It’s a no go app
Those people at Aquafinance or whoever invented the application don’t know nothing about applications. The application doesn’t recognize my username and it doesn’t give you other options to recover your username in case you forgot it. It’s a piece of trash. From 1 to 10 I give them 0. I live in Florida can’t reach Aquafinance on the phone. They only have one phone number and can’t reach them because the call just don’t get through. You can’t send this message if you don’t give them at 1 start.

I can’t use the app since it asks for username that is not made. The website version ask for email or mobile phone number so that works. And don’t think anyone is using this app.
Never been able to use
Never been able to login. Have no issues with the website but it has never accepted my login info on the app.
