Great App

Amazing. I love this app and how it can solve so many issues when it comes to scaling any business. You can download the app on your phone, setup different users with different permission, take payments on site or on a web browser. Great functionality and great company.

Update botched a couple things…

I’ll delete this review once things have been fixed…

1) I can no longer copy/paste, this is super annoying having type in the same info twice.

2) when you make a mistake entering in numbers, there is no space bar to press on to move the cursor around. So difficult to get in and fix a mistake or missed number… maybe something can be done about this…?

App needs developer work

Attempt to search for previous debit transactions and using spinner to enter start & end date range. App won’t go back in time further than 31 days.

UNSURE WHY SO MANY BAD REVIEWS

So there’s a lot of poor reviews, I understand a lot are pretty old. Needless to say I think it’s quite phenomenal. I use a link/2500 it’s quick and easy. I have had a couple hiccups with signing in but, nothing tech couldn’t help. You wait on hold and get passed around but what corporation don’t you these days. Most my problems were fixable over YouTube or google. Only issue I had that I needed to call was, I purchased a new phone and it would not acknowledge passcode. Between all the different thing out there, this reader is small and slender; heck you can even get a smaller one. I like it! -HVAC MANAGING MEMBER.

No

This company has the worst customer service. I don’t have time to deal with the constant issues with this platform. The staff doesn’t care if you go somewhere else. If I could do 0 stars I would. And I’m not the type to leave reviews.
