Very disappointing experience with OrbitRemit. They accept payments instantly through PayID, Apple Pay, and cards, but the actual transfer can take days with little to no updates or notifications.
Do not rely on this service for urgent transactions. Customer support was unhelpful, and the overall experience was frustrating. Even with a slightly better exchange rate, I would recommend using another provider that is more reliable and transparent.

It’s ok (WHEN IT WORKS) but it still stalls for me. Sometimes I get into it just fine, others it won’t load and I have to use it on browser so I’ve just deleted it.

Title: Paid for "Extra Fast" Visa transfer, arrived late, AI support is useless.
I have been a loyal, long-term customer with OrbitRemit, but their service has severely dropped in quality. Recently, I paid an extra premium fee for the "Extra Fast" Visa transfer option to send money to my family. Instead of arriving fast, it was delayed until the next day. To make matters worse, you get stuck in an endless, time wasting loop with their pathetic AI customer service bot instead of getting actual help. It’s completely unacceptable to leave clients stranded in the middle of a financial transfer.

I have sent countless of times but today when trying to complete the transfer a get a vague “client error” message. So I tried a few times and kept on getting the same error. However I saw that the transfer request was actually logged. I wont make a transfer with all these multiple requests. I could not get hold of a real person to have them cancelled. Luckily I found Remitly that has a higher rate and lower fee. The first money transfer took a few hours because of the usual checks but the second one was received within a couple of minutes. Goodbye Orbit Remit!

The worst service that I have used I have tried many remittance services but this is the worst remittance service trust me. They held my transfer for 3 days. Their pathetic review team held the money for 3 days without contacting me via email or phone. And after the refund request they are asking for 7 working days to deposit back the amount worst and the most pathetic service i have ever used.

This app isn’t legit they ate scammers. I sent some money and they keep asking me the same question. I am provided all details of the recipient, but still taking more than 24 hours to just clear the transaction. Not recommended.
