Sound doesn’t work

I bought this for my 4 year old for Christmas and the sound has only ever worked once for us. I’ve followed all instructions and turned off the do not disturb, I’ve also deleted and reinstalled the app and the sound still doesn’t work.

Does not work.

The sound does not work, despite multiple attempts to delete and download the app over and over again. It worked the very first time we used it, and now just continually disappoints my children. Very frustrating and I wish we had never purchased the globe.

Doesn’t work

We just received this as a gift for our son’s birthday, and it got to the screen to line up with the Brachiosaurus star, and it freezes. Will not go any further, so we can’t even access it. We were very excited for this, but disappointed now.

Doesn’t work

Same as other reviews. It takes you to the page where it ask you to match the brachiosaurus to the star but it doesn’t allow you to do that or move past that page.

Does not work

Keeps getting stuck and won’t work. The app just doesn’t go fwd and is stuck.
