Doesn’t work anymore
My kids absolutely loved this game and now it no longer works. It is frozen in the red Osmo logo. Please fix!
App won’t load - unusable!
I have tried three times to use this app, but it keeps getting stuck on the red Osmo logo screen with Osmo mirror graphic at the top. I have deleted and redownloaded. Please fix!
Doesn’t work
The game doesn’t work, it doesn’t load. We can’t reach the Osmo support.
Unreliable
Purchased this app in 2022 it works for about a year without issues. Since then, we have not been able to log into it despite purchasing the app I reached out to Osmo for support I was told some system engineers would get back to me. They never did. I recently tried to login again because it’s my daughter’s favorite game this time I did receive a code to get into the app and restore my purchase. But the app has completely frozen on the Osmo screen and will not go further. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. I tried on a different iPad that is up-to-date on software. The app is completely not working. I sent an email to Osmo letting them be aware I can see on the Osmo forum. Other parents are having the same issues that the app is not loading. I hope Osmo reads this and will fix the app and update parents.
