Doesn’t work anymore
My kids absolutely loved this game and now it no longer works. It is frozen in the red Osmo logo. Please fix!
App won’t load - unusable!
I have tried three times to use this app, but it keeps getting stuck on the red Osmo logo screen with Osmo mirror graphic at the top. I have deleted and redownloaded. Please fix!
Doesn’t work
The game doesn’t work, it doesn’t load. We can’t reach the Osmo support.
Unreliable
Purchased this app in 2022 it works for about a year without issues. Since then, we have not been able to log into it despite purchasing the app I reached out to Osmo for support I was told some system engineers would get back to me. They never did. I recently tried to login again because it’s my daughter’s favorite game this time I did receive a code to get into the app and restore my purchase. But the app has completely frozen on the Osmo screen and will not go further. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. I tried on a different iPad that is up-to-date on software. The app is completely not working. I sent an email to Osmo letting them be aware I can see on the Osmo forum. Other parents are having the same issues that the app is not loading. I hope Osmo reads this and will fix the app and update parents.

It no longer works
I played this when I was little but the game no longer works on anything pls fix this
I love it but
I played this game a few years back on my moms iPad and it worked perfectly but when I tried to get it on mine it just stays on the osmo starting screen and I’m still trying to fix it but its not working properly osmo team please fix this because I’ve spent so much on this already bye

We’ve tried opening the app multiple times but it doesn’t get past the white Osmo screen.
Interesting and fun but hasn’t worked for months
This is my son’s (aged 6) favourite of the Osmo games, it challenges him to actually work with numbers and he enjoys the puzzle aspect. However, it hasn’t functioned for months now - just shows the Osmo logo and doesn’t move on. The support page is down and there’s no one to contact. It’s hugely disappointing.

No longer works
My kids enjoyed this app until it stopped loading one day. It loads to the osmo screen, lets me select the base, then freezes on a white screen that says osmo. We’ve tried everything, deleting and redownloading and freeing up more space and nothing will get it to load. This is severely disappointing as I paid for this for my kids to be able to play. I’ll be reaching out for a refund.

Stopped working
My autistic son loved this game and now it just won’t load. So upsetting.
Terrible And Pathetic
Crashed so hard! I had the game almost beat but then all my progress got deleted plus the reader can’t read it. Bad glitches all these reviews are right this game is trash.

App crashes constantly
The game is fun and we like it, but it crashes mid game all the time. We are at the point where we won’t play it anymore since it crashes and we lose progress.
Good game when it works
My 5 year old likes playing this game with me. It’s good for teaching math, strategy and teamwork. The only cons are that 1. It randomly crashes in the middle of games. It’s incredibly frustrating when that happens especially because it happens regularly. 2 The blue/green wasps ALWAYS land on your spot despite them having a “chance” spinner. Is the spinner just there because they move even when they can’t land on a bee? I’d prefer that to be random each time because getting attacked by 3 wasps in 1 turn is annoying and boring.
