Never ever go for membership
They are a big fraud. Once you paid membership fee, impossible to cancel membership.
Average service
They are not very proactive in communication and you will not get benefits on your membership I guaranteed.
Whatever the property they will list you down you just compare the rate in make my trip or may be Cleartrip you will get best and cheaper deal compared to then.
So do not pay hefty membership because after that you have to pay annual maintenance as well which effectively makes you membership even more costlier compared to if you book from other vendor.
So do not trap in scam of this, even they will not have free breakfast option that also you have to pay.

Fraud
Out of the 15 nights included in my membership, 6 nights were wasted. Whenever I tried to book, the process was extremely frustrating. The reservation team repeatedly refused my requested properties, often saying that they had removed the contract with the property.
My experience with Neha from the reservation team was especially bad. She lacks basic customer communication skills, and speaking with her was honestly a nightmare.
I was shocked to see unethical practices as well:
• They ask for paid or forced positive reviews
• After I posted an honest Google review about my booking experience, my account was blocked
• I was told to remove the negative review to get my account unblocked
• I was also asked to post more positive reviews in exchange for free breakfast
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and misleading.
I strongly advise everyone to NOT take any membership plan from Orchid.
Save your money and avoid the mental harassment.
