Never ever go for membership
They are a big fraud. Once you paid membership fee, impossible to cancel membership.

They are not very proactive in communication and you will not get benefits on your membership I guaranteed.
Whatever the property they will list you down you just compare the rate in make my trip or may be Cleartrip you will get best and cheaper deal compared to then.
So do not pay hefty membership because after that you have to pay annual maintenance as well which effectively makes you membership even more costlier compared to if you book from other vendor.
So do not trap in scam of this, even they will not have free breakfast option that also you have to pay.

Fraud
Out of the 15 nights included in my membership, 6 nights were wasted. Whenever I tried to book, the process was extremely frustrating. The reservation team repeatedly refused my requested properties, often saying that they had removed the contract with the property.
My experience with Neha from the reservation team was especially bad. She lacks basic customer communication skills, and speaking with her was honestly a nightmare.
I was shocked to see unethical practices as well:
• They ask for paid or forced positive reviews
• After I posted an honest Google review about my booking experience, my account was blocked
• I was told to remove the negative review to get my account unblocked
• I was also asked to post more positive reviews in exchange for free breakfast
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and misleading.
I strongly advise everyone to NOT take any membership plan from Orchid.
Save your money and avoid the mental harassment.

I also scammed by these people.
They came to my organisation’s residential colony that’s why I trusted them.
They will show you some beautiful hotels and resort and those hotels were also available on their app and website. But when you trying to book they will offer you inferior quality of hotels. If you tell them the issue they start misbehaving. The person named Prakash, He is the relationship manager if you trying to contact you he will not respond also when I argue as in the terms & condition they have written that any hotel showing in their app and website I have right to book them. But he started shouting at me and misbehaving and saying these hotels are costly that’s why they can’t provide me those hotels. I asked them to refund my money then he said “nhi milega kuch bhi jo krna h kr le”

Fake company. Scamsters. Took money and information and didnt give membership details. Unable to contact now. Do not believe. Positive reviews are all bought probably.
