Useless
Couldn’t even locate the restaurant I was sat in. App totally rubbish.
Apple Pay now a payment option
Used at a restaurant to order to the table, very easy and quick and more importantly Apple Pay is now a payment option, a feature that a previous review mentions was not available at that time.
Terrible UX
This app was very hard to navigate, unintuitive to use and just frustrating. I actually changed where I planned to order food from because I couldn’t bare using the the any longer.
Delivery time messed up
I hit ‘asap’ for delivery and the app scheduled it for an hour and 30 mins later. Also UI is clunky and no way to track order and delivery.

Unusable
I downloaded this at a restaurant today. Initially it didn’t even pick up the restaurant I was sat in. Once it did, there was a lag in being able to view the menu. I was able to pick the items from the menu, which seemed to work ok. However when I pressed the button to place the order I got an error message to the effect of there is a problem with the connection, please try again. I tried several times over several minutes to place the order and after speaking to one of the staff, who said we were the third customer he had spoken to with the same issue, I gave up trying and went to order in person instead. The concept is great, the execution of it however is sadly lacking.

My business uses order me as a way for customers to order direct
The UI is very sluggish compared to the likes of justeat (to be expected) but the biggest turn off our customers have is that there is no Apple Pay. If apple way was added we would have a much higher chance of getting our customers to order through Order me. Our prices are 20% higher on just eat and Deliveroo and most customers when we tell them to order through order me say they’d rather pay more for the ease of ordering on their platforms.

Glitchy, unhelpful and inflexible
Great idea, poorly executed. The app doesn't have enough flexibility to place your order how you actually want it, plus half the time you can't connect to place an order anyway because mobile phone signal is poor and the WiFi is glitchy. Go and speak to the lovely staff instead!
Do Not Use
Terrible. Doesn’t work with Apple Pay and doesn’t work with your card either. Better to order at the till
Quicker to order in person at the counter
For Billy bobs skipton… no Apple Pay option came up. Had to manually enter every single card payment field. Would have been quicker to go to the counter.
How do these apps survive?
This app not only looks like it’s stuck in 2003, it doesn’t work!
Love this App
I’ve used this OrderMe app at a couple of restaurants and it really does seem to speed up service. Even when the last restaurant was packed we seemed to get our meal in no time at all. We actually missed an item on the order so we added new items to our table thinking it wouldn’t be served at the same time. How wrong we where. Great food and great service.

Order stuck processing yet card charged.
Visited a local restaurant yesterday and was asked to try out this app to place our order. Decided in what we wanted and placed the order, yet it stuck on processing with the blue circle constantly spinning. Checking my bank they charged my card but when speaking to the staff they confirmed they never received the order from the app. The restaurant said they would try to reverse the charge and i should see my money back within the next few weeks (nearly £100). Had to place our order again, manually, at their tills and pay for the entire order again.
Avoid like the plague.

Poor app
Not a well defined app particularly for payment. No google/Apple Pay option.
Had to type out credit card details on a black screen difficult to use. No auto fill.

Useless & privacy issue
I installed this app at a pub & tried to order food. I couldn’t. It only supported the beer garden, not inside. Waste of time.
Rather worryingly I then tried to delete my account. There’s no option to do so on the app at all and no link to a website or company information on there. Major privacy issue alert!
