Annoying and Backwards
I was just looking for a simple app to track my orders. This thing annoying makes you fill out a bunch of information before you can do that. Then you put in the tracking number and it can’t even identify the carrier. Deleted this app so fast.
It should FIRST ask for the tracking number and then from there I should be able to add optional info. OPTIONAL! What a mess.

Life Saver
I don’t even want to know how much money I’ve wasted over the years because I lost track of the return window. Orderly makes everything seamless. It even links you directly to the company’s policy page. Its order updates are accurate and I don’t have to dig through my emails and click 5 links to track my FedEx, UPS, Amazon orders . 11/10 must download

Game changer! Especially to keep track when multiple people are ordering stuff!
Just love this app. When you have more than one person doing the ordering it's just phenomenal to be able to have one place where any of us can see status, and with the upgrade of being able to add multiple and different LABELS to each orders - so you can track what's going on for a specific project or by delivery location etc... And when you do have something to return -one click not only gets you to the right return page for the supplier, but also already has your order number in the clipboard so you can instantly process a return without going back-and-forth with the the original email. Though as a young app, they have hiccups, what's pretty amazing is they seems incredibly responsive to problem solving.

In my online shopping world this app is a game changer. By consolidating all my purchases in one place, ORDERLY has organized and simplified the experience both in tracking new purchases and the frustrating returns process. I thought it was missing orders at first but it waits until there is a tracking number usually. Quite helpful!
Not great but love the idea
I really like the idea of this app but I have had this app one full day and I'm already very frustrated.
I have an order with three items that are all shipping at different times. One has arrived. Orderly keeps marking it received. I reset to On The Way multiple times but it kept moving back to received. So I manually created two new orders using all the correct info but adding a suffix to the tracking number. Orderly moved these to received. I created new orders with dummy account numbers. Received. I created orders with made up vendor and order numbers. Received. I tried again. My retry simply doesn't even show up on my account.
I would like to see Orderly support multiple shipments from one order. At the very least, I would like it to support it's own functionality of marking as On the way or adding new orders manually.
On a side note: I would also like to be able to color code or add notes to orders. It would be cool to be able to group orders like "kid's birthday gifts" or "Xmas presents"

Very ADHD friendly!
I have some problems impulse shopping and then I forget to return the items I don’t need. This makes that whole process a lot easier by reminding me about return deadlines. I save so much money :)

Went Downhill Fast
Worked great in the beginning but now it won’t show and of my purchases or shipping info. If I try to enter my info manually it still wont track it or show up

Returns simplified
I’ve been loving orderly! This user friendly app makes online shopping simplified by aggregating all of your online purchases in one place. The homepage tells you how many days you have left to return an item based on the retailers return policy, which I have found convenient and time effective. If you’re an avid online shopper I’d highly recommend downloading Orderly.

Super Helpful and Easy to Use
The best part of this app is that I get a reminder of how many days I have left to return my purchase. After syncing my email, the app automatically kept track of that without me having to do anything. Just this morning, I got alerted that I only have 5 days left to return a purchase at Old Navy.
With an easy setup and a really simple to use interface, this is a great app that’s made my life better.

Love this app!
Not only does it track all of your online orders and lets you know to the minute whether or not your order has arrived (it even beats my email!), you also get notified when you need to return something! Never be left wondering if you missed your return window again!

Really liking how my online purchases are integrated into the app seamlessly and the tracking notifications are helpful. This app just flat out makes my life easier.
