Been using this app for years because there’s an Oregano’s close by to where I live. Rewards used to work but now for some reason it doesn’t work anymore - always shows there’s no rewards available but there definitely should be. Also only being able to choose times within 15 minutes increments is not great - less time would be ideal! Please fix soon!

Great food. Lousy app.
This app is truly crap. Who wrote this trash? There were better food apps 10 years ago. Want to have your food ASAP? Nope. You have to select a time and in the few minutes it takes to order it’ll likely tell you something went wrong and you have to choose a different time. Very little about this app makes sense. It is just not intuitive in the least and everything is cumbersome and convoluted.

Works fine for me…
Just used today. Works fine; at least right now it is. Was able to customize order with no issues. Not sure why others are having an issue. Maybe I didn’t have as complicated customization as others???
For the vegetarians…..
Please consider the option to choose marinara sauce instead of meat sauce for ALL of the pasta choices. Currently, this is only an option for a select few pasta dishes in the app.
Mediocre app
Compared to other restaurants this app is very mediocre. There is minimal ability to customize orders and when checking out it would only take one gift card at a time and the balance had to be on a credit card. It also didn’t have the ASAP option for when to pick up so I had to keep choosing a time until it would accept it.

Crappy App
The app hangs every time you try to sign up. And of course you have to sign up to get any Birthday perks because they don’t do it like they used to. How hard is it to look at a drivers license and check a date?
Tell me when food can be picked up
The app asks you when you want to pick up food. If it can't be ready by that time is suggest a time. So I enter the suggested time and it tells me it can't be ready by that time.
STUPID
When it suggests a time it should allow you to approve that time, not force you to go back and enter a time. Just let me lock in the earliest time available.

Pick up time
Why do I have to pick a time? Have an ASAP button like everywhere else. The time should only be there if I don’t want it ASAP.
It has the propensity to be useful but needs work
I went to start an order, changed my mind, tried to use home icon. No go.
The find a joint option says it will tell you the wait time, but unless the 5 oregano's I checked have literally no wait on a Saturday at 6:30pm, I'd say that feature isn't working and should not be included in the description until it is.

Waste of time!
After putting my order together and I picked a time by the time I put my credit card in and went to place my order it said something like the time was not available to pick another time so I tried to change the time and it wouldn’t let me do it! Called my Oreganos and made my order in a minute.
Garbage app that’s not worth the frustration
After creating an order it requires you to select a precise time and gives no option for ASAP so it forces you to guess how long it will take them to make your food. And once it finally tells you that you guessed a good enough time after you enter your payment into a minute has passed and you have to start the whole process over again. I’m uninstalling right now and ordering food from literally anywhere else from now on. Oreganos. Your app is about as well thought out as a soup sandwich.

Scam
They have a giant sign when you walk in offering free bread when you sign up for the information fishing expedition. After completing it I was told it takes 24-48 hours to show up. Don’t waste your time.
