Garbage
App is complete garbage every time I scan a car it says vehicle not found and when it scans most of time time it gets the vin messed up and it’s not even right just trash and a waste of time
Great app, works exactly the way it’s supposed to
Been seeing a lot of reviews complaining that you need a log in to use the app. This app is for professional installers only, used to input vehicle information and send it to a website, where parts can be ordered from a computer. Use this every day and it works perfectly.
Bad app design!
I just downloaded this app and it’s asking for me to log in. I havnt created an acct yet how could I log in? Then I pressed the help button and they are asking for my customer acct number??? What??? I just wanted to shop for parts for my car!!! Very bad app don’t waste ur time
A disappointment.
All I need is an App to search for parts for various cars. Very disappointing to have to jump through hoops just to find a store in your neighborhood to get what you need. Having to go to other parts store App to find what you need or just to browse.

You don’t want us to look up or parts then that’s fine Auto Zone will Napa will Advanced auto will so there are plenty of other auto parts places to buy auto parts at!!!!!
Device usage
Only allows me to use from desktop or laptop. Will not go past vehicle information. Will not allow me to look up parts on phone or iPad.

I like Oreilly’s Auto Parts but the App doesn’t allow me to look up parts, AutoZone app does & very user friendly

Why bother?
Why have a app that does nothing? Most do not need info on cars, they need parts for the cars that info is supplied.
For pro customers only
App is for professional customers who have a shop account not for regular customers if you need something just stop by or call your local store will be more than happy to assist you with your automotive needs
Need to be rethink
What is the point in the app if you can’t use the app it just waste of time you need to make one more consumer friendly that we can link our in store account to our mobile account so we can see what part/part number we need / already purchase with your company.

This app stinks. Not for non-professional mechanics. Come on now, even auto zone has a better app for your shade tree mechanic to use and shop.
Camera doesn’t work
Before the update, the vin scan on this app was better than Napa and advance/Carquest. Now it’s almost pointless to try to use it. Fix the camera!
O Reilly log in
Will be deleting this App. As trying to Log on is not worth the trouble. Even worse with first call. Heading to Advance and Auto Zone. BYE
VIN Scanner doesn’t work.
I try to scan vehicles everyday. The scanner has never worked.
Don't waste your time
Don't waste your time with them. This app is not for the every day customer. You have to have a professional account. O'Reilly doesn't even provide an app for regular people like most of us. Nobody visits websites anymore. Do yourself a favor and use a store that cares about customers like Autozone or Advanced. They both provide excellent apps to make things easier.
