Unsupported, lack of function
This app worked well with my iPhone until a few months ago. Now the VIN scan function will not orient properly in the camera view, and is nearly impossible to frame. I thought the developer would eventually address this, but the last update was 3 years ago.
Lack of function without account.
Forces you to make and have an account. I just wanted mainly a cross reference source for car quest parts but there’s only 3 options unless you have an account. The Wix and NAPA apps don’t have that and Wix has a cross reference.

Very difficult and confusing
Have to create an account before we can use this app, they give you an address that doesn’t have sign up info for customers. Wasted too much time trying to figure it out.
