I love Orgain
I love the products and the fact that I receive a text prior to being billed for my subscriptions, but sometimes I have a little trouble with the app.
PRICES are TERRIBLE - CHEAPER @amazon/target
Terrible site strategy - business does NOT allow reward points to be used with site wide or other coupons and as a result - it’s cheaper to buy on amazon or at target.
Insane lack of perspective by Orgain to loose DTC opportunities and to give away customers to other platforms.
Don’t fall for the classic high/low overly inflated retail prices - they are obvious with a quick scan of others.
Wise up - give up on shopping directly. Those cart abandon discounts codes are a scam - you can’t combine them with your points and because the full price is higher than anyone else - even after a single discount code - it is still cheaper to buy elsewhere.

Love it
Have a long time purchasing Orgain products and this app has made it that much easier. Easy to navigate and see all different items available and details about account, subscription and items. Have had no problems at all.
Still needs work
It has the basics but honesty not worth using over the website.
Discount code wouldn’t work. Emailed support, Waited a day, and now it works. Then I tried to pay and it tells me that my address country/region is not supported while trying to use ApplePay. So, after 2 days fighting the app to place my order, it is apparent they marketed their app to the masses too soon.
While I’m writing my review I should point out that the menu of products in app (while nice looking) is not easy to see what products I’m looking at. Images are big but not big enough to discern product and text below is tiny and light.
Favorites only allow 1 size or flavor per product? Maybe I don’t understand how this works.

I sent my receipt in my information into your company at least two months ago for the father. It said well they lasted. Well I just read and you want to say that it was discontinued March 30. I sent mine in two months ago. It is not March 30, I bought this product to try it and I was excited about getting the froth or in a switch over from my collagen to your collagen I hope you do the right thing and send me what I have coming. It’s only right you guys offered it and I want it. Don’t be one of those companies that say they’re going to do something and they don’t. I have no problem with writing is you, so I would appreciate you doing the proper thing.

Okay app
It’s easy to use BUT need a lot of features like manage subscription and edit the date and add discount code. Please fix it
laggy/slow, can’t open app
i downloaded this in the morning and i was able to open it, log in but i couldn’t open the subscriptions tab. and now, i spent the last 5m trying to open this app but all i see the orgain logo.
