Worst app Ive used recently
1. You try to register, and reach the email code screen.
2. No code is ever been sent
3. The session expires and you are in home screen again
4. You try to login, invalid credentials
5. You try to reset password, account doesn’t exist
6. You try to create account again, account already exists
Good job guys, really good job.
Ps.: trying to register bar code on web doesnt work, say its invalid.

I have tried multiple times to login on the website using 2 of the passwords that i know for a fact that i used + tried to reset. never got a code to reset so i downloaded the app to see if that word work and had the exact same issue again
App no longer works on iPhone
App sits on the title screen and doesn’t go past that. Has been this way for roughly 8 months.

Good app but some glitches need fixing
When I’m in the screen with my animals the updating/refreshing of the photos is horrible…. As you scroll down the photos update and scroll up by themselves so I can never select the animal/s at the bottom of the list… sort out this bug please.
Disappointing
The app no longer works on Apple devices. I have contacted tech support back in Jan 2024 and was told the issue was being fixed. It’s almost August and it still doesn’t work.
Login glitch
Doesn’t allow me to login to the app. Have called and questioned this with no results. Deleted and installed a few times.

Does not let me login
If I could give 0 I would, it doesn’t let me login! I have called a few times and they say nothing is wrong with my account everything is good so they aren’t sure why the app isn’t working even though I can login on the website it self.
