This app is useless in Delhi/NCR
Bookings are not allowed for cities like Delhi, New Delhi or gurgaon. In the select city page there is no option to select these cities.

Complete Dissatisfaction Guaranteed
To get completely dissatisfied, choose ORIX. Their drivers won’t follow the route the passenger chooses. They will take the route that suits them. You may spend more time traveling in a city road but they won’t take a less congested road! You may miss your flight, they won’t care. Customer is not important AT ALL.

Decent app but needs some obvious functionalities
There needs to be an option to save the pickup address instead of entering it every single time. Ideally there should be an option to save multiple as addresses from which the user can choose the one he wants while booking a cab.

Dear Angad, It is possible to save multiple addresses and the same can be selected from favorite location tab. Please refer to the guide/manual that you see when you open the app for creating your own favorite locations
