Most useless company run by most people I joined this company in 2020 until now never received any shift I apply shift every time say pending but same shift given to someone else avoid
App Doesn’t Work
I downloaded the app, but I can’t seem to access the app. Whenever I want to enter the app, it takes me back to the Home Screen. It’s just terrible and need fixing. But I guess they won’t do anything about this

Jobs applied - no one accepted
First of all, its very hectic to open an account with all the verification documentations. I have finally succeeded and then there were jobs and applied to them but employer never accepted anyone. Job was live till last minute. Never got job from this app.

I’ve worked in Security Industry at the highest level but who designed this app has no idea about how jobs really work in UK. The app wants you to include specifically 3 documents that show you’re proof of work per each job so if you had 6 jobs in 5 years you need to submit 18 documents. Doesn’t make any sense. Also the app mentions for you to call HMRC and ask for a work history document which I did and got from them but the document is just one so the app wants you to submit more. It’s not worth it. The staff only told me to go online and read articles instead of looking in the system or in my documents to really help me so guys don’t bother with this app because is a NIGHTMARE.

Always have some issue using the app
I have been working using Broadstone/Orka app since 2018, never had issue in the past but since last year, every now and then the app is giving me headaches. I am trying to apply for jobs and it says ‘oh sorry someone may have taken this job already’
What I don’t understand is if the job is taken why is it still advertised on this app?????
I think the developers team need to do a better job here!!

Can’t even get passed step 1
Keeps coming up error when click on step 1, contacted team but clueless
Unserious and unprofessional help desk people
The people working on the help section are of no use as they are rude to the customers submitting the documents and have no professionalism at all. Please teach them how to talk to onboarding people. I wish i could give 0 stars

The app have a bug or error. It sign out it self. Cant go further. Please fix this issue.

The app was alright until they introduced this bull crap called holiday pay. I honestly don’t see the point of holiday pay for an app that is basically offering freelance work.

Its been a 2 months since I started my application with them. And still they are not satisfied with my documents. I mean wth we get SIA bagde with background check and everything. You should only ask for the badge and basic details not asking for which school i went.
Secondly they will reply you after 2,3 working days just to tell you that we are not satisfied yet

So far so good…
I think the app does a great job in terms of functionality. However I’d like to see the following improvements: a feature to dismiss jobs that are not of interest, an option to filter the distance by mileage so can avoid jobs that are too far for preference, the filter for shifts doesn’t always work & I can’t see how much I’ll be paid for a job once I’ve been accepted (it would be good as a reminder to see how much I’d be paid once I’ve done the job). Also the option to message & contact the job poster once the job has been accepted. In addition to this push notifications whenever new jobs are posted so not miss these opportunities.

They answer very late to emails . It takes 3-7 days for an email answered . It’s very bad for 2022
