About

Orla keeps your menopause record on your iPhone. No account, no sign-in, nothing to be locked out of. Before an appointment it turns what you logged into one dated PDF: every symptom, every HRT dose, with the dates. 7 days free, then a monthly or yearly plan. Cancel any time in your Apple ID settings. A RECORD THAT STAYS YOURS There is no account to make and no password to forget. Everything you log is stored on this iPhone, and you can delete a single entry, or all of it, from Settings. An app update does not ask you to sign in again. LOG WHAT YOU FEEL, WHEN YOU FEEL IT Hot flashes, night sweats, trouble staying asleep, mood changes, brain fog, joint pain, palpitations, vaginal and urinary changes, low libido, skin and hair changes — 30+ symptoms in all. Pick the symptom, pick how strong it was, and Orla fills in the time. Even at 2am. EVERY HRT DOSE, WITH ITS DATES Log hormone therapy properly: type, dose and route (patch, gel, spray, tablet and more), plus supplements. When your dose changes, Orla keeps the old one on a dated timeline instead of overwriting it, so the record shows the dose you stopped and the dates it ran, not only what you are on today. That history is exactly what a clinician asks about. PERIODS, OR NO PERIODS Periods in the transition get irregular, skip, or stop — and plenty of people are not cycling at all. Orla logs whatever is actually happening without forcing a "cycle" frame on you. In the first questions you can answer "Stopped altogether" or skip the cycle question entirely, and nothing in the app changes. No cycle to log is a first-class experience here, not a broken one. SEE APPLE HEALTH ALONGSIDE YOUR NOTES With your permission, Orla can read wrist temperature, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and sleep from Apple Health and show them next to your own entries. Read-only — Orla never writes anything back to Health. THE PDF, IN FULL Pick a date range and Orla builds the document: how many days each symptom was logged and at what severity, your HRT and supplement timeline with every dose and the dates it ran, and every period and spotting entry with its dates and the gaps in between. It is dated, it has your name on it, and you can bring it, print it, or email it ahead. A PLAIN-LANGUAGE LIBRARY 20 short, readable articles on what is happening during the transition and the ways HRT is commonly taken — written in plain English, so you walk in informed. NOTHING TO SELL YOU BUT THE APP Orla sells no supplements, runs no clinic and carries no advertising. It gives no advice, no scores and no interpretation — it records what you tell it and shows it back to you. No ads, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs touching your health entries. Your data is never sold. ——— Orla is a record-keeping tool, not a medical device, and does not diagnose or give medical advice. ——— SUBSCRIPTION Orla is a paid subscription with a 7-day free trial. $9.99/month or $49.99/year. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. What's New in Orla

1.0.5

September 17, 2026

If you turn reminders on, Orla now sends one note the day before your free trial ends, so the first charge is never a surprise. You can also rate Orla from Settings, under Legal. Fixed a Cancel button that was cut short on the logging sheets, and corrected the note under "Still ongoing" when you log bleeding.
