Unable to use mobile app
I’ve used this platform several times successfully in my laptop. However, upon trying to use the mobile app, it keeps looping around, prompting me to login into mychart app and once done, it does not link or refresh to the virtual visit one.
Great alternative to urgent care
It was 4:30am. Only waited about a minute to be seen by a provider. Quick, easy, to the point. Got the prescription I needed sent to my pharmacy. The medication was in my hand within 30 mins.
Horrible service
They charge you $50 to talk to someone when you already have insurance and a doctor through Orlando Health. Called about a health concern because I am pregnant and needed a nurse hotline. They told me, “Sure, just create an account on this app and make a virtual appt.” At the end of all that, they try to charge me. Seriously? This is my 7th baby and I have never had to be charged to call a nurse hotline. Freaking ridiculous. No wonder these reviews are so bad. You guys just want to make money.

MyChart login issues
DEVS PLEASE READ: I can only login using MyChart because it won’t let me create an account just for this app with the same info as MyChart. This method keeps disconnecting and logging me out and I have to keep reauthenticating my account every time I log in. The thing is, it did this to me WHILE I WAS IN LINE FOR AN APPOINTMENT AND I DIDNT EVEN KNOW. So, I went to click into “My Visits” and it gave me an auth error. Clicked into another area, I got an auth error. Force closed the app and reopened, and it turned out the physician tried to see me while I thought I was still in line, the app had just kicked me out mid-wait for my appointment. I literally waited for an hour thinking I was still in line. I just hope I wasn’t charged because this is messed up.

Can’t log in
I cannot log in. I have used this numerous times in the past but I have been fighting 30 minutes trying to log in. It says it doesn’t recognize my username/password. When I log in through my chart, it sends me to a page to download the app. (I already have the app). It then doesn’t do anything. Extremely frustrating!
