You said, we did time! We’ve taken on board your feedback and have tweaked our mobile app to bring you extra functionality when you’re on the go. Here’s what to look out for: The photo editor is now easier to find. - Fix for Instagram sharing - There are improved image editor options, which are easier to find. - You can now blur areas of an image within the photo editor for privacy and copyright purposes. - We’ve upgraded our date and time selection to be more user friendly. - You can now see the number of replies to a message within the inbox view. - We’ve added more details, such as the scheduled time, to the validation queue and scheduled posts view. - We’ve made reaching out to us really easy, just click the updated support option in the main menu. - You will now receive a confirmation pop up notification to let you know your reply has been successfully sent. - Suggested text is now available when using the content library.

Post vanished into a black hole

Spent ages typing up a long post for a work account, added the photos and text, published and it’s vanished into a black hole. Never got published onto the relevant social media. Absolute waste of time.

Almost non functioning

The app does not work with my iPhone 13 Pro. Some of the icons are so far to the extremity of the screen they can barely be reached. There is also a lag in responsiveness which makes it almost non functioning. All updated this end so can’t account for why, but it’s made it impossible to use.

No optimised for iPhone 11 Pro

The app has not been optimised for the iPhone 11 Pro series, and as such some of the buttons on the screen are difficult to activate as they are at the extremities of the corners of the screen
