Pretty unbelievable this historically annoying to obtain info is available on this site in mere moments/ seconds. Of course I tried it out on my own cars first and the results are just accurate.

Bring back the vehicle History section please
I showed this app to about 12 of my colleagues and they all purchased the premium because we deal with a lot of cars on daily basis it was a great app 1st choice for vin history look up but that all stopped the day they took off the vehicle history option. Please please please we need the vehicle history section back.

I have never had a problem using Orto. Works every time and has most of the features I need while using the free version.
No Longer Shows Vehicle History Using Plate
I had this app and I did the payment to have unlimited searches. The problem, now, is that when I search, there are no longer any histories of the vehicles I search. It’s not even an option anymore. I thought it was a fluke… Nope! I’ve tried to run a TON of cars unsung the vin and the plates and I can’t see anything anymore. IDK if it’s some thing CarMax told them to stop doing or what, but You can’t see any of it… Do not get this app or go premium. All you can see is the year make model and common failures/recalls. Not worth it.

I give it 5 star because I give the benefit of doubt maybe you are having complications solving the issue recent reviews were complaining about. Like those people this app service was great before but recently is not the same, The history detail was the main reason I personally liked this app. Right now maybe you are having complications resolving the issue but I hope the app gets back to how it used to be even if with premium subscription.

What happened to mileage and report?
The app was fantastic a while ago and I wanted to give it 5 stars, but then recently i’ve found out that for EACH car you have to pay for the report. Before, mileage and service history was free and now it’s not?? Not only that, there’s people on here who have PAID FOR A SUBSCRIPTION and now they have to pay for reports too?? Complete blasphemy.

Is like every other car history app now
I liked this app when you could pull free simple history reports, even when it limited the number of vehicles you could look up a month. But now that feature is gone and you have to buy a car fax for any car you want to see. Deleted the app because it’s useless now. Can just skip the middle man and buy the report from carfax.

Nothing extra for a 1 year membership
Have used this app for a year and all of the sudden it doesn’t show vehicle history. Bought the 1 year plan and it literally added nothing to my toolbox. Absolutely ridiculous. Applying for a refund

Used to be Good!!!
I buy and sell cars. This application was excellent, I bought the membership to be able to check the history of the cars, until I made an update. Now, no longer lets you see any of that. It sends you to another page and they want to charge you for each independent car. I am very disappointed.
Disappointed- no more free history reports
This used to be a great app. In fact, as a car nerd, it was one of my absolute favorite apps. It provided unlimited detailed vehicle history reports, more detailed than any app or website provided other than a $35 Carfax report. I was proud to be an Orto subscriber. Unfortunately, these haven’t been available for the past few weeks. I don’t know if it’s a temporary issue or if they’re permanently gone as I suspect. The license plate search feature still works, but without the free history reports, I see no reason to continue my subscription, not when the Carfax Car Care app provides similar information for free. I have to say I’m extremely disappointed. I loved this app.

*****DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! USELESS APP****
When this app was released it was a complete godsend. For $5.00 a month you could run plates and vins and GET A FULL VEHICLE HISTORY FOR FREE! Very helpful with car shopping since peopl lie about flood damage, accidents etc. Now in the new app they CHARGE YOU for vehicle history reports in addition to the $5.00 monthly waste of money. Reached out to the developer of this app and still haven’t heard back for a week now. COMPLETELY USELESS APP!!

Bring Orto back !
App used to be great had more information about title status , number of owners , maintenance records etc. I paid for 6 month and only have been almost 1 month and the app is not longer giving that info that it used to give . Hopefully this get resolve ASAP !
It’s Bad Now
Just recently the app no longer works. I reached out to Tom via email and was told he would look into it after I sent him details and information. I asked for an update and no reply. This was the best app, I decided to upgrade to the premium version and still doesn’t work. I had to cancel my subscription, why pay for something that doesn’t work. It was much better prior idk why changes are made to something that worked very well. Luckily I found someone who is able to run me carfax history reports for a very small fee. Tom, let me know if you do find the issue or resolve and il gladly change my review. You had something very good with this app before.
