收到的货跟网上买的货图文不符， 买了康巴赫 32cm无盖蜂窝锅 (标题30cm 无盖蜂窝锅但是可以选32cm 尺寸），但收到32cm无盖米纹锅。 联系客服两次， 第一次说发错货了， 第二次说没发错货，说我收到的货是对的，是他们网上连接错误。 说我再定一次蜂窝锅 还是会收到米纹锅。说32cm 蜂窝锅只有有盖的，是另外的价钱，要贵30$。 客服拒绝给我发我定的32cm 无盖蜂窝锅， 拒绝直接退款 - 必须要先把我收到的米纹锅寄回去。 ordered kangbahe 32cm honeycomb wok without lid, but i received 32cm rice grain iron wok. Customer Service has been contacted , at first they admitted they send a wrong item, but second day, they denied they sent wrong item. They admitted the website link is wrong - they don’t sell the 32cm honeycomb pot without lid. Customer service kept nicely reminding me that the only 32cm honeycomb wok is the one with lid , which is 30$ more expensive. Customer Service refused to send me the product I ordered online - the 32cm honeycomb pot without lid and refused directly refund. I need to send the rice grain pot back first and then see what to do.

用了三次 两次不满意。 一次少送东西 我说了 居然不是马上退款 还有一次 有好几样没货 没有主动告知 是我自己发现的 去问才和我说 因为现在200包邮 买了超大一箱 如果我嫌麻烦 那就等于白白送钱给他们了
