About

Read the candidate brief, walk in, and run the whole OSCE station out loud. The patient hesitates, drops the cues a real one would, pushes back when you rush, and keeps their own agenda until you think to ask. Request any examination or investigation in your own words and the findings come back mid-station. When the clock stops, a criterion-by-criterion debrief built on what you actually said — what you covered, what you missed, and why. More than 800 stations across 27 specialties, and tailored for anyone preparing for PLAB 2, UKMLA CPSA, AMC Clinical, NZREX Clinical, NAC OSCE or PRES Level 3. Speak your way through a clinical OSCE station, then find out exactly how it went. OSCEY simulates the station itself. You read the candidate brief, walk in, and conduct the consultation out loud with a patient who answers, hesitates, pushes back and holds their own agenda. No typing. No multiple choice. When the clock stops, you get a criterion-by-criterion debrief built from what you actually said. SPEAK THE WHOLE STATION Read the brief and the clock starts. Take a history, ask for the examination or investigation you want in your own words, and relevant findings appear during the station. Explain a diagnosis, break bad news, negotiate a plan — the simulated patient responds to how you say it, not only to what you cover. FEEDBACK WITH THE RECEIPTS Every completed station produces an exam-aligned practice estimate and a full breakdown: what you covered, what you missed, and the evidence behind each judgement. Data gathering, clinical management and interpersonal skills are assessed separately, with the transcript alongside them, so the next thing to work on is obvious rather than a guess. TRAIN FOR THE REAL FORMAT Run a full mock circuit: a sequence of timed stations with planned rest breaks and one combined debrief at the end. Use the preset for your preparation track, or build a shorter circuit when time is short. GET BETTER, NOT JUST HIGHER The station library spans history taking, clinical management, examination requests, counselling, explanation, breaking bad news, ethics, capacity and professional communication across major specialties — the consultations you will still be having years after the exam. KNOW WHAT TO PRACTISE NEXT Clinical Radar tracks coverage and performance by specialty and by skill. Case Codex keeps every case you have opened, with your best coverage on each. Daily Round picks one focused station when you only have ten minutes, and a practice streak keeps the habit honest. PRACTISE ALONGSIDE EVERYONE ELSE An optional player profile and exam-specific community rankings, built from your strongest eligible results. START WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Free preview stations are available immediately. Create an optional profile to keep progress and manage your account. Full Access unlocks the complete station library and mock circuits. VOICE, PRIVACY AND LIMITS Microphone audio is processed during the station to run the spoken exchange and the assessment. It is not retained after the station. OSCEY provides educational practice feedback and estimated practice performance only — not an official result, a prediction or clinical advice. Every patient is simulated. OSCEY is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the GMC, AMC, MCC, MCNZ, the Medical Council of Ireland or any other examining body.
