OSLA measures the surface area of ocular surface lesions from a photo. Capture a close-up of the eye, mark the iris as an 11.5 mm reference, trace the lesion, and OSLA reports the area in square millimetres. Built for eye care clinicians and researchers who need a consistent, repeatable way to document lesion size in clinic or in the field. How it works: - Capture with the guided camera (near focus lock, flash at capture) or pick an existing photo - Draw around the iris. Its 11.5 mm average diameter sets the real-world scale - Trace the lesion freehand, or tap point by point - Read the area in square millimetres, with maximum and minimum dimensions The saved photo includes the annotations and a small measurement card, so the result can go straight into your records. Everything runs on the device. No account, no upload, no tracking. Photos stay on your phone unless you choose to share them. OSLA is useful for documenting and monitoring conditions such as ocular surface squamous neoplasia, pterygium and conjunctival naevi. It is a documentation aid for clinicians, not a diagnostic device, and it does not replace clinical judgement.
