Doesn’t recognize any pieces
I got all the pieces I needed and at first it worked for a day and I searched online anything I could do and nothing worked it wouldn’t recognize anything

After we assemble everything in place it continues to ask! We sit there waiting for it to move on, it never does.

I gave access for the camera and it is not picking anything up. It is working fine on all the other Osmo games

The gam will just keep asking you to put the character board in front of the camera. Can’t move past it
From a Christian home
Not everyone has this belief but as a Christian home we will not be playing this game. It will have children dress the character that looks like a boy in a skirt. Again not everyone has this view (which is fine) but in many homes like mine we like to be aware of the situation. All other games we have played with Osmo like the counting or drawing are fantastic.

Disappointment
I bought the character pieces to go with only 2 games to find out one of the 2 games does not work. I have a very upset 4 year old that was looking forward to playing and the only thing I could get the game to do was say, “Put your character board in front of your device”. It is not like Osmo is a new app that no longer is supported and I am picking up the pieces on the dollar rack, they are expensive sets that advertise certain games that you can play with the set you buy. I am very dissatisfied with the attention this app is getting from it’s developers. Looking at other reviews, after I had problem, I have realized this same issue has been going on for months and nothing has been done. If 0 starts was an option I wouldn’t have even given the app the star I did. Unfortunately by the time you read these reviews it is already too late and you have purchased the character set to find this disappointment.

Don’t waste your money or time
This app used to at least open (even though it wouldn’t recognize the character and clothing pieces) but now when you open it all you get is a black screen. Really sad that reviews have been up for over a year and the developers don’t care to fix the problems that render this app useless. Osmo seems happy enough to sell the pieces for the game so why can’t they get the app in working order? I bought this for my classroom with Title 1 money. My students will use the pieces to play with but unfortunately the app is not an option at this time.

What a waste!
Can’t get past the first step - it keeps saying put the character in front of the device. This looked so promising when I bought it for my grandson at Christmas but here we are at the end of February and still can’t use it.

Keep asking to put the cam up while we did
This app is no longer working. It keeps asking to put the cam up. We did put the iPad on the base and put the mirror covering the device’s camera. We tried restarting the app and even the iPad. Nothing worked out anymore. So became trash.
Does not recognize pieces
Keeps repeating “put your character board in front of your device” over and over again. Have tried everything to get it to work but nothing helps. FIX YOUR APP PLEASE.

I made an attempt to troubleshoot this wit their support. Try turning on the light brighter on the iPad or turn all the lights on. If still doesn’t work.
I am a fan of a Osmo, this app really is the only one we have issue with. The only thing is this system was nearly a $100 and it’s not working. There is no resolution as well. The app needs an update

It,s just soooo boring
Okay ,Here’s my problem.
I am an child and I was playing this app and I have the little genius starter kit mon premier kit. It says I need to download this and I had an hat on and I don’t know how. I kept trying and trying. I am very angry.
