Does not work with IPad 11” M4
I was disappointed that the apps were not updated to work with the iPad 11” M4
Impossible to get help
Their support is impossible to reach. So product is unusable for us and will be returned. Disappointed and frustrated.
Not compatible with 11th Gen iPads
Website states their products work with all iPads except 10th gen, and 1-4 gen. Every app states it’s not compatible with my device which is an 11th gen.
Unable to register / use
Since purchasing these devices I cannot register and the support contact is bounced back. I’m concerned this was a waste of money

Terrible Technology
The tech platform is awful. The worst new user experience I have ever seen. Setting up and logging in takes countless times. Email code verifications take 4/5 hours to receive. The app is clunky. Much better options out there than this.

Stopped working
I can’t use the app anymore. There is no password reset, only an “account confirmation code” that never gets sent. I liked this app but haven’t been able to use it at all.
Good app but some broken links
I’m using the app as a teacher with a Little Genius kit from my school. The app is fine in terms of tracking kids and their growth, and what they are up to, and has a good UX. But while using my own iPad Mini 6, it says the reflector is not compatible, but then the offer to send a free compatible reflector with adjustable mirror is a broken link. Similarly, all support and help links through the app and website from my desktop are unavailable pages or broken links. There is nowhere to find a contact email to address this issue, but if the developers can see to this I will change to 5 stars.

Bankrupt Company Apps don’t work
I purchased the OSMO system for my child and the apps keep crashing. It’s a complete waste of money now that the company filed bankruptcy. Do NOT waste your time or money on this product!
