Me gusta la aplicación y la utilizo para estudiar pero creo que que sería mejor que los videos estuvieran en español ya que los subtítulos se traban

It won’t load
I downloaded this app approximately two weeks ago. It asked me to create an account but once I did, it was stuck on the ‘verifying you are human’ page and hair saying loading. I have tried multiple times daily to access the app and once I sign in, it yields the same results. I also tried using google and Safari with the same problems so I’m not sure if it’s a site-wide issue or just my phone/PC. I have an iPhone 13.

Downloads don’t work when you’re offline
What exactly is the point of allowing downloads when you can’t access them in airplane mode or when you’re otherwise offline? It’s just a waste of data. The app itself barely works whenever you’re not online and the download functionality is very glitchy.

Disappointed and Moving On
Just sharing my experience—I found the auto-renewal process confusing, with a very short cancellation window and a reminder that was easy to miss. When I reached out to customer service, they weren’t helpful in resolving it. For me, the content no longer justifies the cost—there are so many better, more current sources out there now. What was once useful has really lost its value over time. I won’t be resubscribing, and I hope the service evolves into something more relevant

The app has like 3367 videos each of them well edited and downloadable and easy to understand
Non operational (for me)
When I use this, the verification email is never sent. I have had this for 4 days, and it still wouldn’t give me the email. Dunno how others got on though.

Split screen not available
After new update can’t use split screen. I had notes on one part and videos/documents on the other side, please fix this 😔
