The app was great until they updated it recently. Now you can’t even add a credit card to take online payments. You get some 3DS authentication error and that’s it. Add Apple Pay guys what’s happening here?

I never seen this type of worst customer support. Sent a mail many time I haven’t got any response first time when I’m order the chicken is really bad its not well done and the second time delivery guy gave me wrong order. I try to contact you many times but never respond shame of you 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

After a day the app refused to take payment. I have tried different cards and they all work with other apps. Contacted support about this issue but there are no response after 2 weeks

Can’t get credit card to work in app and app says exceeds the best way for any app is to have Apple Pay in it. Please add Apple Pay to app won’t go to restaurant if that doesn’t work.
Annoying
App times out, is finicky, they change the prices all the time, annoying restaurant.
Can’t even make an order
Tried to make an order but there is an error “operation limit exceed”.
Needs better options
Redeeming points is easy but the options just suck. How about adding fries to the point program? perhaps different can drinks to redeem? Some stores don’t even have accurate store hours when they close super late like 5am.

The part of having this app is that once you order food from osmow you earn points so you can redeem rewards!
Bugs and customer service doesn’t respond
It showed an error when I tried to redeem my points and also when I tried to pay. This has happened more than once.

When I tried redeeming points the order got failed yet they deducted my points and my balance is in negative now and customer service dont wanna respond, store says cant do anything. Say so on the app then, I could have used uber all this time
Good app but no notes or customization options available
App is generally good and fast, no bugs. Only issue is I can’t write no tomato or other exclusionary options on a salad
Utterly garbage app
DO NOT USE A GIFT CARD ON THIS APP. Once you load the gift card you can only use it to purchase on the app. The app won’t let you partially use your gift card and other forms of payment. When you try to load funds on to the gift card it adds as a seperate card which is so idiotic. I will never use this app again in my life what a joke of a company
