Terrible customer service
I’ve emailed them 4 separate times over the course of a couple months about an issue I had, not a single response.
No Apple Pay
The app is clean, but why not Apple Pay that’s so cheap
Payment issues persist even after latest update.
The app was great until they updated it recently. Now you can’t even add a credit card to take online payments. You get some 3DS authentication error and that’s it. Add Apple Pay guys what’s happening here?

I can’t pay for my order! I tried 3 different cards perfectly working credit cards, every time it doesn’t load or I get an error. I loved to use the app to

Wrong order,not well chicken
I never seen this type of worst customer support. Sent a mail many time I haven’t got any response first time when I’m order the chicken is really bad its not well done and the second time delivery guy gave me wrong order. I try to contact you many times but never respond shame of you 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

After a day the app refused to take payment. I have tried different cards and they all work with other apps. Contacted support about this issue but there are no response after 2 weeks

Can’t get credit card to work in app and app says exceeds the best way for any app is to have Apple Pay in it. Please add Apple Pay to app won’t go to restaurant if that doesn’t work.
Annoying
App times out, is finicky, they change the prices all the time, annoying restaurant.

Tried to make an order but there is an error “operation limit exceed”.
