Please fix picture function!
Multiple times every route, I’ll be stuck on someone’s porch trying to take a picture as proof that I’ve left a package and the app refuses to accept it… impossible to do my job efficiently with so many glitches. PLEASE FIX!
“SNAP” Delay and “DELIVER” Suggestion
After hitting “SNAP” for a picture there is a horrid delay. The picture comes out blurry even if you move just slightly (after 2-3 seconds.)
Also, after hitting “Deliver” it would be awesome to see a quick 3 second prompt showing “You delivered to (the coordinates, street name)”.

Taking the picture with the new iphone is a struggle it keeps saying error and the picture won't capture at all make my job very difficult

This app is not working with iPhone 15 pro max. The camera freezes and it’s imposible to snapshot. It’s says error taking a snapshot and after that says disconnected. You need to update this app

This app is just garbage, it freezes always, you gotta scan 2,3,4 times packages for the same address, when you get to a house and scan it sends messages to you saying it’s not the correct address, just a mess. Same than the company

Very bad APP, the screen freezes, the camera remains black, it does not receive a GPS signal. A waste of time waiting for a frozen screen. bad bad bad 👎
Having to take pictures
Having to take pictures of every stop is way to much, it’s to time consuming. The app was OK before this implementation. Take it off!

Worst app for delivering.. no updates or fixes to bugs crashes or extreme lagging.. im running this on iPhone 13pro max and this app is just garbage
Horrible app
App keeps on crashing every 20 or so scans at site but out of facility it crashes every 10 packages which slows down my job considerably. It’s been going on for 2 weeks after deleting the app and reinstalling it
Requires Quality of Life Updates
The app should allow multiple scans without having to press a button every time. Manual entry should be allowed even if a route hasn’t been sent yet or wasn’t received. There are constant issues with the Fastrak site not sending the route to the scanner. There should also be a dark mode option because the constant white background will kill the battery faster.

This app is horrible and in desperate need of updates… which it never receives. Half the time it won’t scan the car code, and when it finally does the app will crash. Nothing more frustrating to deal with while at work! Trash.
