I am very happy with my OTC Network and my plan. Also, I’m very happy for all of the knowledgeable and friendly operators. Every time I call I have such a nice person helping me with whatever problem I seem to have. It’s always fixed in no time. I’m glad I have this network and I’m sticking with it forever!!

This app is easy to use and helps me keep track of my spending on my purchases. I am very happy with this app. I can look up my balance in the store before I make my purchases.

APP DOES NOT WORK!
I don't understand what happened! This app worked a week ago but all of a sudden it doesn't! I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still shows NOTHING. It only gives me the option to show INACTIVE BENEFITS! The MY BENEFITS link goes nowhere when I click on it and the TRANSACTIONS link shows last month and that is it! Today is a holiday so when I called Customer Support, I waited over an hour and still no one answered to help me! I don’t know if there was an unofficial Update or what, but it definitely is not an appropriate time to do so!

I am missing out on my June benefits because they were on my card yesterday but today they are gone and my card numbers aren’t even able to open to my benefits, I am losing my money because I can’t find them, I need my benefits, please help me, I don’t know what I did to lose them😩
hCapcha not responding, unable to sign in
All of a sudden I got signed out and the checkbox for hCapcha is not responding. I haven’t been able to sign back in for weeks. I was hoping it would be fixed eventually. Tried reinstalling the app a few times, still doesn’t work.
