APP DOES NOT WORK!
I don't understand what happened! This app worked a week ago but all of a sudden it doesn't! I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still shows NOTHING. It only gives me the option to show INACTIVE BENEFITS! The MY BENEFITS link goes nowhere when I click on it and the TRANSACTIONS link shows last month and that is it! Today is a holiday so when I called Customer Support, I waited over an hour and still no one answered to help me! I don’t know if there was an unofficial Update or what, but it definitely is not an appropriate time to do so!

I am missing out on my June benefits because they were on my card yesterday but today they are gone and my card numbers aren’t even able to open to my benefits, I am losing my money because I can’t find them, I need my benefits, please help me, I don’t know what I did to lose them😩
hCapcha not responding, unable to sign in
All of a sudden I got signed out and the checkbox for hCapcha is not responding. I haven’t been able to sign back in for weeks. I was hoping it would be fixed eventually. Tried reinstalling the app a few times, still doesn’t work.

I really didn’t know what to expect with this OTC card. I figured it was gonna be some lame attempt by my insurance company to get me to buy stuff that I don’t need.
But to my pleasant surprise, that’s not what this is this card is phenomenal. It’s accepted almost every place I shop. I haven’t been denied one item since I started using the card. It’s amazing to be able to have that extra benefit and not have to dig so far deep in my wallet, especially when there’s no money going to begin with. lol Don’t change anything!
