App has to be deleted and installed just to unlock the card

My social services said to use app to lock and unlock card. It easily let me lock the card but when I went to unlock it the option to lock and unlock was gone leaving my card locked. So I’m going to contact customer service to unlock my card but I shouldn’t have had to

Does anybody know the customer service number? My account is telling me that I am locked out of the account. I’ve been trying to contact people and the only thing that’s taking me to the back of the EBT card number and that’s not helping pls help !
Easy to crack
They always talk about how EBT keeps getting stolen and claiming it’s not their fault, but it’s absolutely their fault for not allowing complex passwords that can’t be easily guessed.
