Not enough information

There are no statements. There’s nothing to show how much and for how long I have been receiving my child support. The 800 number does not offer the support and you cannot ever speak to a representative. In addition, I’m not even allowed to log on to the website. It just kicks me off every time I enter my name and password. The support is terrible.
I’m receiving an arrears for child support. It just came out of the blue. I don’t know where it came from or how long it’s gonna last.
How do I get to speak to a person?
Also, I am in Mississippi and there’s no number provided for the state of Mississippi.
