Cant transfer momey to my main bank account!
Not many issues until the second time i wanted to transfer money from the way2go card to my main bank account and it keeps rejecting it time and time again despite me entering my correct bank details
Glitchy & Does Not Work
Does not accept valid credentials. If you enter your user ID and enter it does allow you to enter your password. The screen just flashes and does nothing. As a result I can’t transfer my money to my bank account.
Horrible Way2Go
This program, bank, app, etc is not even a tiny bit user friendly. Talking to a human is near impossible. Transferring money is impossible. It’s the most frustrating process. Does not deliver. I hate that I have to use it. I hope the people behind it always get to their coffee and it’s cold. I had to give it one star, but it deserves a black hole.

No updates?
I’ve had this app for almost 6 years and it hasn’t updated!! I can’t access my card number virtually. You can’t lock the card.. this app needs to catch up.
Broken
The app and the website are both non-functional currently and the contact us feature will not even work! How is someone supposed to check their balance! It’s insane!
The worst
There's always something wrong with this card, you g to store to buy something and it doesn’t work every single time. Now I’m trying to pay a bill online. Guess what I can’t the circle that’s usually I tell s you whether or not your card is locked it’s even showing you can’t even see it..

I’ve only had this app for a little while! Since I was finally able to register my card after years….. it’s not the best. Doesn’t tell you what time any transactions were made…. Also will glitch out and say there’s a problem with the server. That’s an every single day problem. Not very happy.
Not able to register
I’ve tried multiple times with different cards to register and no luck. It keeps saying my information is incorrect. Really wish I could get this working to have records when needed.

Have not been able to transfer funds to bank, or any other platform. Calling has been just as useless.

No Lock feature
There is NO lock/unlock feature on the way2go app. Where is it at?
Lousy customer service.
Terrible app. Impossible to find a real person and when you do they just read from a script and pass you on.
It may take you multiple tries to find what you need ( depends on your patience) because it is likely buried behind something completely unrelated.
When you cannot find something the “help” tells you to use www:goprogram.com. If you have already set up access the only choice you are offered is to enter a user name but a password field is rarely or never shown.
All “help” conveniently rebuffed.
