This app is always down been trying to sign on to unlock my card for over two hours glad it’s not a emergency

I’ve yet to be able to access any of my statements on this app. As for the website forget it! Plus you can’t ever speak with a real person to fix the problems. They also say to contact them to update address, how? When there is no option to speak with anyone. The App should allow us to update this stuff like other credit card companies. I hate this program with a passion but have no choice with my disability payments

Freezing and glitching
I also hate this app, it literally locks me out every month and calling the card doesn’t help. This is ridiculous this company really needs to fix the issues.

Card declined
Everytime i tried to use the card it declines i tried useing the atm that accepts the card as well as a major bank and it still declined so i ordered a new card and the new card is doing the samething!.

The website never works. The app never works and there’s times when you call the phone number and that also does not work. This is absolutely insane previously they had Bank of America who took care of it and it was no issues like this at all on top of the fact it’s more of a delay with the deposit
