Crashes a lot
The site crashes very often. You can’t even use biometrics. It’s always “connection error, server too busy”

Amazing honestly no problems YET but it’s been good locking and unlocking my card keeping up with transactions and keeping up with deposits

Not enough information
There are no statements. There’s nothing to show how much and for how long I have been receiving my child support. The 800 number does not offer the support and you cannot ever speak to a representative. In addition, I’m not even allowed to log on to the website. It just kicks me off every time I enter my name and password. The support is terrible.

Sucks
One of the worst banking. App doesn’t have much options and website hardly ever works.

This app never works, it’s always crashing trying to get logged in or if you can finally log in it won’t show anything.

This is not a good card to use . There no name atm that you can use . I’m having an issue with card not live support to speak with. Someone could have a temp to modify my information

You can check your balance on the app. But that is it. You can’t transfer your funds. The website absolutely never works, never lets me sign in. Way2go program is beyond frustrating.

I have tried to register via the app and online. No luck! Finally I was able to register via phone. It would be nice to check your balance online.

I requested new card waited 11 business days never received card… Had to go threw hoops to talk to representative that told me I never requested card him not knowing I had my current card they cut off because I ordered new card. Asked for him to expedite a card for the system error and I was charged and card still hasn’t come…. BOA we need you…

Never loads! If you log out, it’s almost impossible to log back in . I put in my information hit login. It erases it. I put it in again. It does the same thing every time!!!!
