My social services said to use app to lock and unlock card. It easily let me lock the card but when I went to unlock it the option to lock and unlock was gone leaving my card locked. So I’m going to contact customer service to unlock my card but I shouldn’t have had to

Does anybody know the customer service number? My account is telling me that I am locked out of the account. I’ve been trying to contact people and the only thing that’s taking me to the back of the EBT card number and that’s not helping pls help !
Easy to crack
They always talk about how EBT keeps getting stolen and claiming it’s not their fault, but it’s absolutely their fault for not allowing complex passwords that can’t be easily guessed.
Locking/ unlocking
Whenever I try to unlock the card for use the unlock feature does not show up. I have to keep signing in and out for it to pop up and sometimes I have to come back like an hour later for it to be available. Very irritating.

TERRIBLE APP
I got my summer ebt but I have to “unlock my card”. It won’t even let me create an account to do so. It keeps saying that it can’t verify the information even though everything is correct. I’ve probably entered the information 15 times.

every time i try to log in, create a new account, and even complete all my credentials, i keep getting "there is an error when decrypting the data" on my screen EVERY TIME !!!!!! might as well just keep using the website even though its so inconvenient 😒🙄

I haven’t even been able to utilize the app. I downloaded and uninstalled several different times on several different dates and still I’m getting the same message and that is “There is an error decrypting the data. Doesn’t matter if I’m on WiFi or cellular data. I have even tried on Samsung and iPhone and I’m still getting that error. I am getting that error when I tried registering because I’ve never had the app before. And also, I even did the forgot username and entered in my information and I still get that message.
