This app needs help. It’s so glitchy that sometimes I cannot access my snap while shopping. They advise to lock the card but if you can unlock it while shopping, what good is it. When you have to change your password every 90 days, you can’t scroll to the submit button The screw is just stuck and the button is behind your keyboard that can’t be exited. I always have to go on the website to change it. All this happened while I was at the store so it was too much to do and I couldn’t use my funds. Too many glitches!!

Problem changing password and activating card
Anyone have problems activating new card
works.. sometimes.
i’ve had this app for about a year and it works. only sometimes. i can always look at my balance, but when i try to unlock or lock my card, the button disappears and i have to wait on hold and call to unlock it.
Ok, but could use some work
Not everyone uses this app on a regular basis. I personally will go months without opening it and when I do, lo and behold my password doesn’t work then I have to jump through all of my security measures just to update it. Rather annoying. Maybe allow logging in with the old password THEN prompt the change.

The only thing I don’t like about this app is constantly changing my password.
Functional
My learn language is KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) and this app checks all my green flag boxes. I would and have recommended the same to family and friends alike.

I can’t lock my card and it’s not giving me a option to do it

This app I downloaded hoping will help and ended up finding out there's a account with my card number I can't log in and neither I can't create a new account they don't have any helpline number or contact do not by all means get this app
To many password changes
The app is great but I hate that I have to change my password every month. That is litterally the only issue I have with it. Lol
Login
It consistently resets making you unable to login consistently. You have to change your password multiple times and or your biometrics.
Over it
Tired of having to change my password every so often when I use face recognition to login anyway. I have enough passwords to remember for everything else without having to change this one every other month.
Great account tracking
This app makes it trivial to track your balance and purchases. It makes it simple to keep track throughout the month.
HORRIBLE
Horrible says your passwords incorrect when it’s not, done made me mad enough to come leave a review when the app asked me to, literally after saying my password I just CHANGED IT TO WAS WRONG TERRIBLE APP!!!
Love the lock feature
I really enjoy the fact that I can lock the card since some scammers somehow got my card number and stole all of my benefits without my card or pin. When I went to the county office they told me that there was nothing they could do except to get me a new card. My funds were good as gone and never coming back since trump decided they would no longer refund stolen benefits. The only useful information I got from the county was to use this app and lock the card when you’re not using it. That way no one can steal my benefits again.
Why can’t scammers go steal from the rich and not a single mom struggling to make ends meet in today’s economy?! I call them scummers! Thanks connect EBT for helping me keep the scammers away! :)

Super great app so glad food stamp offices came up with away for security in ways to keep up with what’s going on and to be able to see other important details.plz come up with cards with chips for Georgia I haven’t seen anything about our new Food stamp (Card) that’s supposed to have a security chip in. It would be nice if we got an update about this on the app.
