Last time I was on food stamps, you had to rip them off of a book and spend them like cash.

Such a great feature to protect the funds on your account because alot of pplās benefits are being stolen! please create an account!
It doesnāt work
Constantly tells me Iāve logged in too many times. I hadnāt logged in for over 24 hours. I presume thereās a problem with the app.

This is a protection that is user friendly and comfortable! It often prompts you to change your password and that with the lock feature is very secure!

I got a new card with a chip. It insists I get this app to activate it. When it gets to the screen to choose a pin it wonāt let you get to the orange ācontinueā at the bottom of the screen. Iāve tried logging out and back in MANY times. Deleted app and reinstalled & it still wonāt work. Wonāt let you get to a real person to handle issue at the customer service number. It isnāt even a choice of prompts on that number. My old card is going to stop working and I canāt get my new one activated. I had this app when it originally came out and I deleted it back then because it was always glitching up or having false info. Years later and Iām back on it, and itās just as messed up or worse. My banks make apps that work, games make apps that workā¦ why does a system being paid to handle our sensitive info, handle important card activations & transactionsā¦not ever get it working correctly?! If youāre going to run the cards like a debit/credit card, then provide an ACTUAL customer service number with a LIVE person to handle technical issues with a system that never reliably works as itās supposed to!

UPDATE
ITāS BEEN UPDATED. No more having to guess whether or not itāll have the ability to unlock the card. No more having to go into the website to relock it after having been locked out. No more guessing if itās lock with the new auto lock feature. So happy

I remember when people first started stealing food stamps mine got stolen the next month I got them and now they donāt reimburse so having the app makes me feel a lot better

Super easy to use. Also very safe so far. All the features Iāve used have been awesome and smooth running. The lock feature is my favorite part about the App!!!!
Inconsistent + Inconvenient
The biometrics feature constantly glitches. Then, when I enter the password, the lock/unlock feature is not available. Most of the time I have to login using the website.

This app needs help. Itās so glitchy that sometimes I cannot access my snap while shopping. They advise to lock the card but if you can unlock it while shopping, what good is it. When you have to change your password every 90 days, you canāt scroll to the submit button The screw is just stuck and the button is behind your keyboard that canāt be exited. I always have to go on the website to change it. All this happened while I was at the store so it was too much to do and I couldnāt use my funds. Too many glitches!!

Problem changing password and activating card

works.. sometimes.
iāve had this app for about a year and it works. only sometimes. i can always look at my balance, but when i try to unlock or lock my card, the button disappears and i have to wait on hold and call to unlock it.
Ok, but could use some work
Not everyone uses this app on a regular basis. I personally will go months without opening it and when I do, lo and behold my password doesnāt work then I have to jump through all of my security measures just to update it. Rather annoying. Maybe allow logging in with the old password THEN prompt the change.
