Horrible customer service
Nobody can answer and on top of that they robbed me out of $100 since they never delivered the service but yet charged my account and took my money.

Could not pick state I live in would never load the words extremely ineffective app hop they update it but they won’t
Terrible customer service
I called in about 4 times because I can no longer see my balance or add money via the app but when I try to add my number it says I can’t. Now I have to go through the long process of calling in to add money to my number. Every single customer service representative I spoke with was RUDE and acted as if they couldn’t understand what I was saying.

Doesnt work
I have tried to put money for my person tried with 3 different cards and they don’t accept any of them, called customer service they dont know either whats the problem.

Ok to send money. Could not send a text even after jumping through all the hoops. I know … it’s a correctional facility medium, but it sure makes it difficult.
