Horrible customer service
Nobody can answer and on top of that they robbed me out of $100 since they never delivered the service but yet charged my account and took my money.

Terrible customer service
I called in about 4 times because I can no longer see my balance or add money via the app but when I try to add my number it says I can’t. Now I have to go through the long process of calling in to add money to my number. Every single customer service representative I spoke with was RUDE and acted as if they couldn’t understand what I was saying.

Doesnt work
I have tried to put money for my person tried with 3 different cards and they don’t accept any of them, called customer service they dont know either whats the problem.

Ok to send money. Could not send a text even after jumping through all the hoops. I know … it’s a correctional facility medium, but it sure makes it difficult.
Why is this app junk?
I’ve been using it for about two years. And I’ve always had some kind of problems with it.. Mainly it’s being locked out of my account, about 1x out of 3 that I try to sign in. It always tells me “wrong password”. Even with Face ID, It still says wrong password. I mean WTF.!!. I can ask to reset the password, change it, go back to sign in & enter my email + the new password I just set five seconds ago. And it tells me wrong password.!! This app makes me want to put my head through a wall. It just works like trash & with all the money that flows through it + what the developers must make from it. It makes no sense that it shouldn’t work near perfect most of the time. Please do something with it, please.

Frustrating!!
This App deletes my inmates profiles and won’t let me add them back. It has been 2 days and I’m still unable to re-add people. TRASH!!

I tried to add an inmate. The state list picker didn’t have a single state listed. So, I can’t add anybody. Which is disappointing and also not surprising.

all my contacts and numbers erased
I went to add money and none of my inmates was listed nor was any of my numbers and it’s hard to contact someone.
FIX IT PLEASE
I have always enjoyed this app up until recently with the app crashing. All of my information is gone and now I can’t talk to my husband because of this. What’s taking so long to fix it????

This is the worst app anyone can use, just misbehaved, takes money and you can’t do anything, and now all my info is wiped out, can’t reads my phone number and when I send money it doesn’t get the inmate, lets not talk about the customer service, they can’t help you to do any gaddamn thing, so useless and annoying

I can’t even add my loved one as “ add inmate “ . like why ? but other people like his loved ones can see “ pin debit “ but I don’t see it on mines ? idk please fix that .
App not working
iPhone 15 app doesn’t work. App downloaded. Accepted credit card without issue. Attempted to add phone number and keyboard was not visible anywhere. Attempted to add inmate. Keyboard not visible anywhere to add information. Deleted app. Downloaded again. Rebooted phone. Tried app again. No changes. No matter what I try, keyboard is not visible while using app. My keyboard is working throughout my phone on different apps without problem. iPhone just updated. Not sure if iPhone update caused issue

Not working nothing shows up
App doesn’t work.
I don’t think I’ve ever been so disappointed and frustrated with an app. I am unable to search for anyone since the drop-downs are blank. I’ve never had such a hard time giving someone my money. They clearly do not care about anyone involved, be it the inmates or their loved ones.

It keeps taking my money off after I’ve added it and it doesn’t let me add my loved one which is upsetting .
