App glitch to much
My email don’t always come, it just took my money for me to buy more emails, I don’t get any notifications from the app or anything please fix whatever the problem is cause I use this to keep in contact with my family members

PLEASE FIX YOUR APP. Where is ALL MY MESSAGES? All my CONTACTS smh. Like what’s going on smfh.
Constant glitching
Worst app to keep in touch with your love one. It glitches all the time. Closes mid message. Sometimes doesn’t show messages or sends error messages. You have to open and close the app or uninstall then reinstall it’s so annoying. They need to use a different app.
Money transferred to an Inmate commissary
It's virtually impossible and very frustrating to try to get in and create an account you people don't have customer service that is warranted. It's terrible.

Inmate unable to access monies, so I call the number provided in the APP, they say they cannot help, that I need to call the facility. I asked for a number, the agent did not one. Said they could only verify if deposit was made. I said the charge went through, but the money is not in the account. I asked for a refund, they again said I had to contact the facility, that they cannot provide the number too and they cannot provide a refund! Deserves ZERO stars!

I have money on there for my son and everytime he call it keeps asking me to put money when money is there $19

I can’t send a message once I tried to send one the state and facility is blank and it won’t let me add one

If i could give it no stars i would. Continuously not working, for days, even weeks. always an error message. Simply sucks.
Worst App
Constantly glitches. Hasn't let me add funds in over two weeks to put money on the phone. Declines any card i use from any bank. I tried calling their customer service is terrible!! No help at all

Only works when it wants to
I love being able to talk to my loved one in prison, but this app barely works. Barely can talk to him over the phone, and today it took FOUR times of calling before it connected. And even though we were only connected for 3 seconds, it took $0.12 from me too. Money grab at its best. And taking advantage of those who have no choice

Owe me money
I have had this app for well over 2 years. Recently i tried to put money on one of my loved ones pin debit or my advancepay and it will take the money from my account then on the payment history it says pre authorization or something of that nature and never put the money on my accounts. I need a refund of all the money i still have not received its been months and nothing has been resolved. Otherwise will be trying to file a lawsuit for theft

If i could give a Zero i would, Who ever is coding this needs to go back to school, by far the worst app and web browsing i have ever dealt with, every-time i click on a service it logs me out every single time, Do Better.
