I have money on there for my son and everytime he call it keeps asking me to put money when money is there $19
Won’t let me send a message
I can’t send a message once I tried to send one the state and facility is blank and it won’t let me add one

If i could give it no stars i would. Continuously not working, for days, even weeks. always an error message. Simply sucks.
Worst App
Constantly glitches. Hasn't let me add funds in over two weeks to put money on the phone. Declines any card i use from any bank. I tried calling their customer service is terrible!! No help at all

I love being able to talk to my loved one in prison, but this app barely works. Barely can talk to him over the phone, and today it took FOUR times of calling before it connected. And even though we were only connected for 3 seconds, it took $0.12 from me too. Money grab at its best. And taking advantage of those who have no choice

Owe me money
I have had this app for well over 2 years. Recently i tried to put money on one of my loved ones pin debit or my advancepay and it will take the money from my account then on the payment history it says pre authorization or something of that nature and never put the money on my accounts. I need a refund of all the money i still have not received its been months and nothing has been resolved. Otherwise will be trying to file a lawsuit for theft

If i could give a Zero i would, Who ever is coding this needs to go back to school, by far the worst app and web browsing i have ever dealt with, every-time i click on a service it logs me out every single time, Do Better.

I have been using this app for years. All of a sudden my phone number no longer appears in the app or the inmates names. When I try to add them again it tells me I already have them on my account. Same with the phone number. Fix this app

Awful
It’s been 3 days since I’ve been able to add money to my mans phone. I’ve tried the website and even calling customer service. You’d think with all the money they make they’d have a half decent system!!! Greedy and inhumane.
Horrible customer service
Nobody can answer and on top of that they robbed me out of $100 since they never delivered the service but yet charged my account and took my money.
