About

Film your desk from directly above, and your real hands and arms are replaced with the hands and arms of a VRM avatar in real time. - Objects in your hands, items on the desk and the background stay real. Only your hands and arms become the avatar's - Follows finger bending, palm turning and even the elbow direction in real time - Desk shadows, outlines, shade color, rim light, offset rim and light color (auto mode matches the video) - Bloom, depth of field and vignette blur - One-tap recording with microphone audio, saved to Photos - Sends arm and finger motion to your PC with the VMC protocol - Supports VRM 0.x / 1.0. Load any model from the Files app, and show or hide parts such as clothes - VRoid Hub support: load the models you posted and the models you hearted directly - Shows each model's terms of use - All video is processed on your device. No data is collected - Comes with a sample avatar so you can try it right away Great for product reviews, drawing streams, and filming cooking or crafts from above. What's New in otemoto XR

1.1.0

October 24, 2026

- Added material recording. Along with "Video only" recording, you can save layers for video editing to the Files app: the 3D hands with a mask and depth, the original camera footage, the background with your hands removed, the desk shadow, motion as BVH, camera motion for Blender, and audio - Added color adjustment for the VRM only (saturation, brightness, contrast, and a bottom-to-top gradient), to blend it with the live footage and match the mood - When calibration fails to measure your hand size, the previous values are kept. Calibration also succeeds more easily when shooting handheld - Hands of people far in the background are less likely to be picked up - An open hand with the palm facing the camera is less likely to be shown as a fist
